Associate, Infrastructure M&A – London

We are working with a Tier 1 European Investment Bank to appoint an Associate to its Infrastructure M&A team in London.

The team advises infrastructure funds, strategic investors and corporates on buy-side and sell-side transactions across the infrastructure spectrum, with a strong European cross-border deal flow.

The Role

• Play a central role in the execution of Infrastructure M&A transactions from origination through to closing
• Build and review complex financial models, valuation analysis and transaction materials
• Coordinate due diligence and work closely with clients, advisers and counterparties
• Manage and develop Analysts on live transactions
• Support senior bankers on pitches and client origination

The Candidate

• Around three years of Investment Banking experience, currently at or approaching Associate level
• Demonstrable deal exposure across infrastructure sectors, such as transport, energy, utilities, digital infrastructure or social infrastructure
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a high-performing, collaborative team
• Fluency in a European language is desirable
