Investment Associate, Private Equity – London

We are working with a leading Private Equity fund to appoint an Investment Associate to its team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to make the move into Private Equity and work across the full deal cycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management and exit.

The Role

• Evaluate new investment opportunities, including market, commercial and financial analysis
• Build and maintain detailed LBO models and valuation analysis
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
• Coordinate due diligence with advisers, lenders and management teams
• Support the monitoring and value creation of portfolio companies

The Candidate

• Experience from Investment Banking M&A, Leveraged Finance, Transaction Services or Strategy Consulting, or an existing Private Equity role
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent commercial judgement and communication skills
• A strong academic record
• Based in London
