The big banks report their third-quarter (Q3) 2026 earnings across October, starting with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Citi before the market opens on Tuesday 13 October.
The profit line will take the headlines. For us, the more interesting story is what the banks say about people: how AI is reshaping their teams, and what that means for hiring into 2027.
