We are working with a leading Investment Bank to appoint an Associate to its Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) Investment Banking team in London.
The team advises corporates and financial sponsors across the TMT sector on M&A and capital markets transactions.
The Role
- Play a central role in the execution of TMT transactions, from pitch through to closing
- Build and review financial models, valuation analysis and transaction materials
- Coordinate due diligence and work closely with clients, advisers and counterparties
- Supervise and develop Analysts on live transactions
- Support senior bankers on pitches, sector research and client origination
The Candidate
- Investment Banking experience at Associate level, or a senior Analyst ready to step up
- Deal exposure across the TMT sector
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Based in London
